You can choose from a wide range of Ireland business numbers, including local numbers (e.g. 01 for Dublin), depending on what suits your business best. Local numbers help build trust in the area you operate in.

Your first virtual business number is included with your Rinkel plan, which starts at €12,- per month. You can add more business phone numbers to your plan for €5 per month each.

To start using Rinkel, you need a subscription. However, if you aren’t happy with your new virtual business number within the first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund. Just let customer service know, and they’ll make sure you get your money back. Conditions apply.

Absolutely! We can transfer your current business number over to Rinkel, so you don’t have to change anything for your customers. It’s a smooth process and ensures you keep your professional image intact while you switch over to an easier business call management system. It’s free of charge, and you remain reachable throughout the process. You can request your number porting here. 

Of course! You can add extra phone numbers to your Rinkel account for €5 per month per number. You’ll be able to manage all numbers in the Rinkel app and desktop webapp.

In the Essential plan you get 200 call minutes included and the Expert plan offers unlimited calls (subject to our Fair Use Policy).

Not with Rinkel. Our plans and pricing are transparent and straightforward. You pay for your monthly subscription—which you can also opt to pay for annually, at a 25% discount—based on your chosen plan. 

Any extra add-ons, like optional additional business lines, are added to your monthly bill. There are no installation fees for the Rinkel platform, you access it via desktop and the free mobile app.
