No, AI insights is not free. Currently, AI insights costs € 7 per month, per user and only available to customers. Sign up to Rinkel if you haven't yet, to be eligible as well.

You cannot use AI insights during the free trial period.

AI Insights complies with all the requirements of the GDPR legislation; your data is safe with us.

Moreover, to use AI Insights, you must explicitly give permission. With extensive settings, you choose which phone number(s) and user(s) should or should not have access to the output of AI Insights. And if you don't have AI Insights enabled? Then nothing is analysed, we promise.

Ordering AI Insights is simple and takes just a few minutes for existing customers via the My Rinkel Webphone. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Webphone
  2. Navigate to settings (top left) and click on AI settings
  3. Scroll down the page and choose how many AI users you wish to have (this doesn't have to match the number of My Rinkel users in your account)
  4. Complete the initial payment, and AI Insights is activated!

If you're not yet a customer, become one by ordering a new business phone number, or porting existing number(s) to our network. You can then order AI Insights via the Webphone.

AI Insights is available in all languages and many dialects, such as the Dutch accents Twents & Limburgs. During the beta period, extensive experimentation was conducted with languages & dialects to ensure they are always well captured and analysed.

Bovendien moet je om AI insights te gebruiken, hier ook expliciet toestemming voor geven als bedrijf. Met uitgebreide instellingen kies je zelf welke telefoonnummer(s) en gebruiker(s) wel of geen toegang moeten hebben tot de output van AI insights. En heb je geen AI insights aan staan? Dan wordt er ook echt niets geanalyseerd. Erewoord.

AI insights bestel je eenvoudig in slechts een paar minuten als bestaande klant via de My Rinkel Webphone. Hiervoor onderneem je de volgende stappen:

  1. Ga naar de Webphone
  2. Navigeer vervolgens naar de instellingen (linksboven) en klik daar op AI instellingen
  3. Scroll naar beneden op de pagina en kies hoeveel AI-gebruikers je wilt afnemen (dit hoeft niet gelijk te zijn aan het aantal My Rinkel gebruikers in je account)
  4. Voltooi de eerste betaling, en AI insights staat aan!
