Anywhere your phone system can play a recording, you can use a professional voice-over. With Rinkel that includes:

Greeting — the welcome your callers hear first
Voicemail — your business voicemail, for when you can't pick up
Call menu — tell your customers which options they can choose
Call recording notice — a message letting your customers know the call is being recorded
Caller queue — a message letting callers know they're in the queue
Away message — set a different recording for each holiday or special day

How to order a voice-over

In four steps you'll have your professional recordings:

Choose an artist whose voice matches your brand
Write your script — short sentences work better than long stories
Add notes such as the pronunciation of your company name, the tone of voice you want, and so on
Receive your recordings within 3 to 5 business days

Where do I order a professional voice-over?

You order professional voice-overs through My.rinkel.com. You can place an order via your Number settings by clicking "Professional audio", or via the main menu by going to "Audio files". Here are the steps:

1 Go to the main menu on the left in My.rinkel.com
Click on General settings and go to Audio files
Click on Get professional audio and order your voice-over
