At Rinkel, we make sure entrepreneurs are properly reachable. Without the hassle. And it works - just look at the numbers: we’re on a roll! Rinkel is now live in seven European countries. We keep building smarter features, like AI insights and personal schedules, and we recently started offering fixed-line telephony alongside our virtual numbers. All while keeping things as simple as possible for our customers.
As you can imagine, we’ve got our hands full. That’s why we could really use your help!
The more Rinkel grows internationally, the more important our visibility abroad becomes. We’re already live in countries like the UK, France, Germany, Sweden and Belgium, but our brand deserves to be a lot better known (and trusted) there. That’s why we’re looking for an international marketing intern to join our team for five months from our office in Rotterdam.
We’ll give you a place where you get real room to think along and try out your own ideas. Setting up a review campaign, interviewing a customer for a case study, pitching Rinkel to an international SaaS platform: it’s all welcome - encouraged, even!
As an International Marketing Intern, you’ll help make Rinkel more visible and credible in our international markets. You’ll support our international expansion with research, content and visibility activities, while the team focuses on strategy. You follow our plan, but you’re not afraid to deviate when you have a better idea. You can hold your own in a growing company and easily switch between multiple countries.
Part of your internship will focus on comparison and review platforms like G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and GetApp. You’ll create or refresh Rinkel’s profiles with localized descriptions, screenshots and feature breakdowns. Together with Customer Success, you’ll also set up a review campaign: reaching out to happy customers, helping build email and in-app flows to collect reviews, and tracking how many reviews come in and what customers are saying.
Beyond reviews, you’ll work on our visibility in media and communities. You’ll find out which blogs, SaaS review sites and entrepreneur communities matter in each country, and pitch Rinkel for listings, roundups or guest posts. You’ll also interview customers in our international markets and turn their stories into short case studies for our website and marketing. Got an idea? Put it on the table.
