I have been a customer of Rinkel (formerly Bereik) since 2018 and very satisfied all this time. The rinkel app on the iPhone works super and in all these years I haven't experienced an outage with Rinkel. An ideal solution to quickly use a professional phone number for the smaller business owner. The website is easy to use and the customer service extremely friendly when you need them. Top company!
With my previous business number, the connection often dropped out to the annoyance of customers. With Rinkel, this is completely solved. Furthermore, the employees are extremely helpful with questions and everything works intuitively and simply. I do really miss the option on the Iphone that I can see that someone is calling the business number before I answer. Now the app does not come into view until I have already answered (and the incoming ring call tape is running). As a result, I can never quickly distinguish whether someone is calling private or business.
The customer service is super friendly and very fast. Really great! I would recommend Rinkel to anyone. Even if you do not need a number :-)
I wanted a 020 number that I could transfer to my mobile. That was arranged in no time. User friendly dashboard.
For 2 years we took our cell phone everywhere with our landline number via the Rinkel app when the business was still under construction. Now that we are a little further along we continue with just the webphone. This connection is spot on and we were able to upload a professionally recorded voicemail. We were able to import the entire contact file in no time and it is now in webphone. Small effort, even for someone like me who doesn't understand much about computers. In the beginning I ran into some questions and sometimes wrong settings, but the helpdesk always helped me quickly and competently. All in all, highly recommended!
