What kind of technology does Rinkel use?

Rinkel´s app works through your mobile’s network, which means you get high-quality calls without relying on WiFi or data. This is different from VoIP—the traditional technology for handling digital business calls—so you’ll enjoy more reliable connections wherever you are.
The Webphone (browser version) requires you to have a stable internet connection.

What if I run out of call minutes?

No need to worry. Only outgoing calls will be paused, but you’ll remain 100% reachable for incoming calls.

To make outgoing calls, you can add an extra user, upgrade your plan, or wait for your minutes to reset when your plan renews. Both our Professional Plan (£11.99/user/month) and the Expert plan (£15.99/user/month) offer unlimited calls (subject to our Fair Use Policy).
