Your first virtual business number is included with your Rinkel plan, which start at £7.99 per month (excl. tax). You can add more business phone numbers to your plan for £3 per month each.
Incoming and outgoing calls are charged at the same rate with Rinkel. If you’re on the Essential plan, calls cost 5p per minute. For Professional and Expert plan customers, incoming and outgoing calls are unlimited (subject to the Fair Use Policy).
No, not with Rinkel. Our plans and pricing are transparent and straightforward. You pay for your monthly subscription—which you can also opt to pay for annually, at a 10% discount—based on your chosen plan. Any extra add-ons, like optional additional business lines, are added to your monthly bill. There are no installation fees for the Rinkel platform—you access it via desktop and the free mobile app.
No, there are no admin fees when requesting a new number from Rinkel. However, if you’re requesting an international phone number with us—a number based in a different country—there’s a one-off fee of £25.
To start using Rinkel, you need a subscription. However, if you aren’t happy with your new virtual business number within the first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund. Just let customer service know, and they’ll make sure you get your money back. Conditions apply.
