Yes! You can add extra phone numbers to your Rinkel account for £3 per number, per month. You’ll be able to manage all numbers in the Rinkel app and My Rinkel web portal.
New business numbers from Rinkel should be active within a couple of minutes. Sometimes, we need to verify your identity, so it might take a little longer. This is only necessary in a handful of cases, though, so you should be good to start using your new business line within minutes.
If we’re porting your existing number over to Rinkel, the process takes 3-5 working days to complete. You don’t lose connection during the porting process, and we’ll have you up and running asap.
Yes, your new business number belongs to you from the moment you secure it. If you ever decide to leave, we’ll help your new provider port your phone number over to their service.
