Which countries can you call at no extra cost?

Calling more than 50 countries costs the same as calling within the UK: £0.05 per minute on Essential, unlimited on Professional and Expert (Fair Use). No country surcharge, no roaming fees. For countries outside the list below, you use your mobile network.

Receiving calls abroad on your Rinkel number

Receiving calls on your Rinkel number while abroad is a different story — the cost can add up, and it depends on how you take the call. Worth reading this bit closely if you work abroad a lot or travel often.

You use your mobile with your personal number in the forwarding. If you're abroad and calls come in via your personal mobile, your mobile provider may charge roaming fees. What you pay depends on your provider and the country.
You use a local SIM from the country you're in. This lets you receive calls without extra roaming charges — but only in the 50 countries we support.
