Meet Jeroen and Jesper, the founders behind Rinkel and the duo determined to build a more accessible, flexible and modern telecom solution for people just like you.

Back in 2014, Jeroen and Jesper founded Rinkel from an attic in the Netherlands. It doesn’t get more startup than that, right?

Motivated by their less-than-amazing experiences with the telecom industry, the two set out to build a user-friendly, customer-focused business phone solution for entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Jeroen brought a background in telecom entrepreneurship, and Jesper a background in development: a match made in phone system heaven!

The pair wanted to make entrepreneurs more accessible and more professional, and their phone systems more affordable.

The result is Rinkel. No fixed contracts or slow support, just simple virtual business numbers on the phone you already use.

The pair has come a long way since 2014, and have now swapped the attic for two stunning office spaces in Rotterdam and Barcelona.

The team has also grown from two to 20+, supplying business landlines for mobile to over 15k daily users.

What started in the Netherlands has now expanded to the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden and more!

As one of the fastest-growing organisations in the Netherlands, Rinkel has won three consecutive FD Gazellen awards (2020, 2021, 2022). However, it’s the 9.2 average customer satisfaction score that we’re most proud of.
