Reikik.io works really well, we are now accessible the way we want every moment of the day. And for low costs. Through the app all call history can be found, which is very convenient. Points of improvement: For our company it would be useful to be able to switch even faster between the numbers to be connected to. But at least it is possible to switch, so that is already very nice.

Good interaction via website and email. Adequate handling. Areas for improvement: I have not been able to find how to get the caller's phone number on my mobile, instead of the landline number of the transfer service.

Rinkel Hi Tom, Thanks for your positive review :D Did you know that you can set the so-called caller ID with us in 2 ways? 1:You see the fixed number 2:You see the number of the caller. You can change this very easily in the customer portal. Once you are logged in you go to the "Preferences" widget where you can then change the caller ID to your liking. Should the change not work then you can always contact us via chat / phone or email (help@Rinkel).
