Helped quickly with production that they do not have in their range. Super service by Mike!!!
Fast and excellent service, Ziggo could take a great example from that.
-Quick answers to questions -Clear web interface -Clear pricing model Improvements: -Possibility that incoming calls don't cost money through properly working (!) app would really set it apart
Easy to use, app could be a little more comprehensive. I can not say much about it because I have not really used / needed. Customer service is very nice, they help you well and are thoughtful. Points of improvement: I find it very unfortunate that the opening hours are not included in a basic subscription or that you can put together your own subscription. Opening hours are almost the most important thing for a company, this is a big minus point for me.
Super product! As a one-pounder, I now have a very professional phone service with a professional voicemail after all.
Personal, thoughtful and honest.
