Very focused on the satisfied user. Picks up quickly, does what it promises. Areas for improvement: Professionalize app to use in SME, for example by a role/rights model. But what is there now is already very good, especially for the ZZPër and 1 or 2 person companies.

Perfect for quickly opening a phone number. With many useful extras. Points of improvement: - A way how you can see who is calling and that this is through the Rinkel.io number. Probably not technically possible, but that would be a nice addition!

Rinkel Thanks for the 10, great! Unfortunately, it is not (yet) technically possible to show two Caller IDs on the regular GSM network. Fortunately, development is ongoing, so maybe it will be possible in the future. For now, however, you can easily see who the last caller was in the app after each call.

Very happy with this company! Our accessibility was lousy before due to a lot of outages with our previous provider. Thanks to Rinkel this is all solved, and we even have a choice menu. Costs a bit but then you have something. By the way, it is still cheaper than the other providers. Points of improvement: Keep developing! That is much appreciated.

Convenient app that allows you to call out with different numbers. So very convenient if you have multiple companies. Points of improvement: What I miss in the app is that I can see the number of missed calls. This is visible in the online dashboard but would be much more convenient for us in the app because we work a lot with mobile. After this review I got a very quick response from Rinkel.io explaining that the feature I thought was missing did work........ not paying attention so....... Thanks for the service, that's Entrepreneurship 2.0.

Rinkel Thanks for your review! Via the My Rinkel App (Android/iOS) it is also possible to view your call history. If you open the App -> press the 3 dashes at the top left and choose call history, you will get an overview of all calls made (and missed). It is even possible to directly call back the number with your landline from mobile :-). Good luck with trying it out.
