Great service and support! Lots of features so you can always be optimally accessible. Just a shame that unlimited calling and receiving calls is actually only 400 minutes per month. That's 20 minutes a day (5 days a week), or 1 outgoing call of 10 minutes a day.

Rinkel Hi Martin, Thanks for your great review! As for the unlimited calls, you are right to a certain extent, there is a limit set at 500 (not 400) minutes. That's per user though, so if you use the service with 3 people; that's already 1500 minutes. We base this "limit" on the average usage of our customers, which shows that with 500 minutes per month (and per person) one will never actually run into that limit. This rule was only created to prevent abuse, so it is certainly not the case that we will charge extra or cut off a subscriber if they exceed this limit. We only do that as a last resort (and after several warnings). So don't worry :-)

Good oplssing for small business owners

As a small business owner, telephone accessibility with a landline phone number that is not linked to an address gives a professional appearance. With Rinkel's solution this is provided and I am able to control my times of reachability myself, while the customer is helped professionally (if of course you record your recorded texts properly). Very happy with this service and that too at an acceptable rate.
