Top service

24 August 2020

After approaching a few different websites to call customer service with a few critical questions finally made the choice to purchase a landline through reach! Good and clear explanation, the customer service representative knew all the answers to my questions and knew how to super sell their product! Glad I partnered with Reach.io 100% the best and most affordable provider.

Edwin
Rinkel Edwin, thank you for this nice compliment! I immediately walked over to support and you made their day ;-) Always good to compare several parties, we would do the same. In any case, we are glad you came to us. Here's to a great partnership!

Fast and adequate service

20 August 2020

Good afternoon! We were helped very quickly, well and professionally...... One small point of attention is that the calls that come in on the mobile do not come in via the app. In other words, if a call is missed you cannot find out if the mobile number was called or via the 085 number.

YorMax
Rinkel Good to hear you were able to get started quickly with the landline number for YorMax! Thanks so much for this review :-) I see there has been some confusion about the missed calls. In fact, you can always retrieve these in our Rinkel App, under 'calls'. In addition, the calls also arrive on your cell phone! To distinguish private and business calls, you can use our 'caller ID' function (under call forwarding in My Reach). You can then choose 'Rinkel no', then you will also see on your mobile which calls you have to answer privately or business. Feel free to call or chat with us if you can't figure it out!

Pleasant partner to depend on.

Never outages, quick response from Rinkel when questions arise, convenient app/portal and good value. One of the ingredients for a worry-free business.

Arthur
Rinkel So, this sure is a wonderful start to the week Arthur! We secretly knew it a little bit, but it always does us good to read that Rinkel is an asset to entrepreneurs. We continue to pop. Thank you so much!

Good service, with a few areas for improvement

10 August 2020

In general a good service, and easy to use. However, I would like to be able to more easily select people by name (from the list of users) in the selection menu, and it would be very easy to make someone temporarily unreachable (e.g. due to vacation or illness), without having to remove that person's number from a forwarding list. I would also like to be able to give someone an "alias" in the user list; now we have two people with the same first name as users, and it is therefore not clear at a glance who is which person. Being able to give an alias (or also show the last name in that list) would help then.

Jeroen
Rinkel Look Jeroen, this is greatly appreciated. First of all thanks for your review and of course the feedback, we can definitely do something with this! The selection menu happens to be getting a new update this month, this will make it easier to work with the menu and thus select people or temporarily 'turn them off' as you wish. As for the aliases, that's definitely a good point. I passed it on to the development team, they indicated that there should definitely be a nice solution for this, which we will hopefully be able to include in a future release!

Works like it should

7 August 2020

Easy to set up and use. It fits great for our new startup to give a professional impression with the business number and welcome message helping the customers understand who they are calling. Would be a perfect 5 stars if you could decline a call on your personal handset and having that call be redirected to the business voice mail instead of my private one.

Niels
Rinkel Thank you Niels, these kind of reviews are pushing us to keep working on our improvements! As for your feedback about declining a call: Unfortunately with declining a call it's not possible to keep both at this point. You can fix this by turning off your private voicemail. But I will definitely give this info back to the development team! If you want to redirect a call to your business voicemail, you should not decline the call but just let it go to voicemail. With the 'Ring time' you can shorten your seconds so the business voicemail will play before your private one. Please give us a call or chat with us if we can help you with this issue!

Great no skils needed any zzper can have this

5 August 2020

my experience is that range is quite accessible and also think along with what we need instead of having 10000 phones and 10000 numbers at the office, we have 1 number for all departments and such

martin
Rinkel Martin, how good to hear that Rinkel is so easy to use. That is exactly why we have made and continue to make everything as user-friendly as possible. As entrepreneurs, you are busy enough :-) thanks for your review!
