For our cab company we use Reach. Great service we get every time we need help.
The best business partner in my entire career.
Had a question and was helped quickly and competently, top notch.
I have unlimited calling but there is a fair use policy. Seems fair to me, but the limit is already 500 minutes and I have to add two users to get to the 1500 minutes I had before. For the money I would end up with I would be cheaper with someone else. The point is that incoming calls also count. So they are paid twice: by the customer with his provider and by me.
After adding users I had a problem, I opened chat and within 10 seconds got not only a response but also a solution. Top !
For our law firm we recently started using Reach, we are very, very satisfied with the service. We had a small problem, that after contact through customer service, which by the way is very pleasant, a solution was realized immediately. Definitely recommend, the price is perfect and the service super good.
We are proud of our enterprising customers and their stories
that’s why we have asked some of them to share theirs.
