Should be able to be much more customer friendly

I have unlimited calling but there is a fair use policy. Seems fair to me, but the limit is already 500 minutes and I have to add two users to get to the 1500 minutes I had before. For the money I would end up with I would be cheaper with someone else. The point is that incoming calls also count. So they are paid twice: by the customer with his provider and by me.

The average number of minutes has been increased to 1,000 minutes, in addition we only deal with very excessive usage. We are convinced that we need the Fair Use, because it allows us to continue offering our competitive rates to all our customers. But it should never be the intention that it makes you look differently at our service or range. We are always open to feedback, which is why we will take a critical look at our Fair Use Policy and extending the minutes. It's high on our list and we'll keep you posted.
