Figure out numbers, create account and everything is settled and active! For certain issues I needed the help desk. So far one of the best and fastest helpdesk I have experienced! They think with you and immediately (!) make sure it is arranged and working. The system is also easy to set up according to your wishes. Administration part (actually the whole telephony website) is clear. In short: recommendation if you want useful but easy telephony.
