With our fixed to mobile solution, we make sure entrepreneurs are professionally reachable every day (wherever they are). They are busy enough already. Our goal is to make life easier for entrepreneurs. The numbers show that our product adds value for every business. We are growing fast! We have launched Rinkel in several European countries, AI insights is now available for our users, and we recently started offering fixed telephony as well. We are very busy… and there is much more on the roadmap. That is why we could really use your help!
Because of Rinkel’s fast growth and our big plans for the future, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth Marketer.
What you'll be doing:
As a Growth Marketer at Rinkel, you are responsible for commercial campaigns in the Netherlands and our international markets (currently Spain, Sweden, France, Germany and Great Britain). You also work on improving our performance through new A/B tests. You are analytical and commercially minded, able to work independently and keen to take initiative
In addition:
- You manage campaigns from concept to evaluation, optimise them based on data and clearly report results to colleagues.
- You analyse marketing and customer data, identify growth opportunities and translate these into improvements and impactful strategies for the website (A/B tests) or campaigns.
- You have strong problem-solving skills: quickly identifying and resolving issues within campaigns.
- You manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure it is spent efficiently.
Who are you?
- Someone with both strategic thinking skills and a hands-on mindset (we are a small team and a scale-up, so rolling up your sleeves is part of the job)
- Strong communication skills and experience managing agencies
- Good analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business cases and decision-making
- At least 2–5 years of experience in a commercial and data-driven environment, managing Paid Media channels, running CRO experiments and with knowledge of SEO/GEO
- Solid experience analysing marketing and customer data in tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Google Ads, Meta, etc.
- At least HBO level of thinking and working
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in Telecom/SaaS is a plus
- Experience in international markets is a plus
- Experience with SEO/GEO is a plus
