Who are we?

Rinkel is a telecommunications scale-up founded in 2014 in the Netherlands. We offer a SaaS telephony platform that revolutionizes the way freelancers and small businesses communicate. We’re passionate about transforming a conservative telecom market, and we do this by designing and building intuitive software. Our fixed-to-mobile solution is currently providing over 7500 small businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium with flexible, fixed telephony on their mobile phones.

For three years in a row, we’ve been proclaimed one of the fastest growing businesses in the Netherlands, but there’s so much more to us!

From development to marketing: everything is done in-house, which enables us to stay ahead of the competition. (It’s also way more fun this way!). Alongside Engineering and Support, we have a small but amazing Marketing team, who make sure that Rinkel's best side is always out. As we are soon launching Rinkel in Spain and we have more exciting growth plans for the future, we are on the hunt for a new colleague to join us.

We have also recently opened a new office in Barcelona (right next to the beach!). To ensure team synergy and to integrate new hires into our current team, employees have the option to travel between Barcelona and Rotterdam on a regular basis. We have one Marketing colleague based in Barcelona, and the rest of the team is based in Rotterdam.

About the role

As Rinkel is growing and expanding into Spain (and possibly other markets) in 2023, our Marketing team needs a little expansion as well!

We’re looking for someone to set up, coordinate and roll out all our marketing campaigns (existing as well as new ones), focused on generating the right traffic in different phases of our customer lifecycle.

Therefore, we're looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Has at least 4 years’ experience with setting up, carrying out and coordinating (omnichannel) campaigns
  • Has a minimum of 4 years’ experience with monitoring and measuring campaigns in tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn campaign manager and Meta
  • Preferably has set up, carried out and coordinated international campaigns
  • Is familiar with briefing and working together with creative- and strategy agencies
  • Ensures proper internal coordination on all levels
  • Is result-oriented and data-driven
  • Can perform strategic data-analysis from advertising platforms (such as Google Ads)
  • Is excited to work in a small, but funny (at least, we think we’re funny) marketing team


You’d work as part of the Marketing team and work closely with other departments (such as team Engineering) whenever needed. The role comes with lots of freedom and responsibility at the same time, but you’ll always be able to collaborate & brain-pick with your colleagues from team Marketing.

What will you be doing?

As our Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for setting up, carrying out and coordinating all our campaigns (national and international)
  • Monitor active campaigns and budgets
  • Have full responsibility for the governance and performance of our campaigns
  • Provide insights that benefit the immediate team and stakeholders to drive business decisions
  • Possibly partner with an advertising or media agency and be their point of contact
  • Analyse and report campaign performance
  • Work together with your Marketing colleagues and on growing and internationalising Rinkel further
