Who are we?

With our fixed to mobile solution, we ensure that entrepreneurs are reachable wherever they are every day. They are already busy enough, so our goal is to make their lives easier. We know that our product adds value to every entrepreneur’s business. 

We have recently raised a €1M investment, have been granted a FD Gazelle award for the second year in a row, and have also opened an office in Barcelona (next to the beach!). And there’s much more to come. In short: we have our hands full... So we could really use your help!

Due to the rapid growth of Rinkel and our big plans for the future, we are looking for a new colleague (bilingual Spanish & Dutch) to join our Support Team in Rotterdam.

Customer experience is our number one priority (check out our reviews). So we’re looking for someone who sets the bar high and work as part of the team to improve our customer satisfaction even more!


What will you be doing?

You will help (potential) customers with questions and the use of My Rinkel (the customer's online client space).

Through our omnichannel system (Intercom), you will answer emails, chats and WhatsApp messages from customers and document all customer contact.

As we're entering the Spanish market, you will be our first Spanish speaking customer support representative. Therefore it's important that you speak the language at a native level (C2). However, since we're only just getting started in Spain, we foresee this will not take up your entire week. So you will also assist our Dutch customers, hence we're looking for a bilingual colleague.

You will actively contribute to solutions for frequently asked questions. After all, you know best what's going on with our customers! You also know that we are always working on our product, but our customers (busy entrepreneurs) don't have time for that. That's why you will help our customers (7,000+) every day with pleasure and with patience.

You will also be in touch with your team about how and where we can best approach potential customers, and you will look for new opportunities for Rinkel. Besides this, you will be doing a lot of sparring with other departments (such as Marketing), for example about optimising the customer experience.

All in all, you're an important part of Team Rinkel: the translator between our techies and the customer - and in your case: also between Spanish and Dutch!


Who are you?

  • You are interested in telecoms & technology
  • You have a customer-friendly attitude and work accurately
  • You work independently and think in terms of solutions
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in customer support
  • You have completed an MBO 4 course
  • You are fluent in Dutch and Spanish, and can make your way in English
  • You are eager to join our team for 40 hours a week!
