Due to the rapid growth of Rinkel and our big plans for the future (something about Sweden..), we are looking for a new bilingual colleague to join our Support Team. The combination of languages we're looking for is either Swedish & Dutch, Swedish & Spanish, or Swedish & English. The working hours (full-time vs. part-time) and location (our Rotterdam office or remote from Sweden) can be discussed.
Customer experience is our number one priority (check out our reviews). So we’re looking for someone who sets the bar high and work as part of the team to improve our customer satisfaction even more!
You will help (potential) Swedish customers with questions and the use of My Rinkel (the customer's online client space).
Through our omnichannel system (Intercom), you will answer emails, chats and WhatsApp messages from customers and document all customer contact.
As we're only just entering the Swedisg market, you and Mikaela would be our only Swedish speaking Customer Support Representatives. Therefore it's important that you speak the language at a native level (C2). However, as the Swedish market will not (yet) take up your entire week, you will also assist our Dutch/Spanish customers. Hence, we're looking for a bilingual colleague.
You will actively contribute to solutions for frequently asked questions. After all, you know best what's going on with our customers! You also know that we are always working on our product, but our customers (busy entrepreneurs) don't have time for that. That's why you will help our customers (8.500+) every day with pleasure and with patience.
You will also be in touch with your team about how and where we can best approach potential customers, and you will look for new opportunities for Rinkel. Besides this, you will be doing a lot of sparring with other departments (such as Marketing), for example about optimising the customer experience.
All in all, you're an important part of Team Rinkel: the translator between our techies and the customer - and in your case: also between Swedish and other markets!
