Base Marketer

With our fixed to mobile solution, we make sure entrepreneurs are professionally reachable every day (wherever they are). They are busy enough already. Our goal is to make life easier for entrepreneurs. The numbers show that our product adds value for every business. We are growing fast! We have launched Rinkel in several European countries, AI insights is now available for our users, and we recently started offering fixed telephony as well. We are very busy… and there is much more on the roadmap. That is why we could really use your help!

Because of Rinkel’s fast growth and our big plans for the future, we are looking for an analytical and proactive Base Marketer.

📊 Analysing customer behaviour, performance and insights to identify segments and spot opportunities for optimisation

🎯 Setting up, testing and automating experiments and improvement initiatives focused on onboarding, feature communication (and upgrades) and churn prevention

🔁 Developing, implementing and optimising customer campaigns via email, onboarding flows, the app and the My Rinkel environment

🔍 Translating customer insights into concrete actions and campaigns, with the goal of increasing retention and creating a consistent, smooth customer journey

👍 Contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty, so customers continue to use Rinkel longer and with confidence

Ideally, you have 2–5 years of experience in a commercial and data-driven environment as a Base Marketer. You have experience collecting and analysing customer and behavioural data with tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4 and Appcues. You know how to translate customer needs into suitable solutions for entrepreneurs who use Rinkel.

You also have:

• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset
  Good analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business cases and decision-making
  Solid experience analysing marketing and customer data in tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot and Appcues
  At least HBO level of thinking and working
  Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  Experience in SaaS is a plus
  Experience in international markets is a plus
