The following terms and conditions apply to the first month(s) 50% introductory discount promotion by Rinkel B.V. and form an integral part of every agreement between Rinkel B.V. and its participating customers. The discount offer cannot be combined with other promotions, partner benefits, or similar deals.
Promotion: The discount entitles you to a 50% introductory discount on an Essential subscription regardless of the number of users (excluding call minutes), starting from the moment of purchase. This discount applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
The discount promotion is only valid on the Essential subscription, regardless of the number of users (excluding call minutes). One-time purchases like the answering service or voice-overs are not included in the discount promotion. The discount is not valid in conjunction with other offers or on 088 numbers and international phone numbers.
Target group: The discount is only applicable to new users (from April 24, 2024). Users who misuse the discount promotion can be disconnected at any time without notice and billed later. The discount promotion is exclusive of call minutes, price per minute €0.06 (calculated per second).
Duration: The discount period runs for the agreed number of months from the order date and can be applied once to an order placed after April 23, 2024. The subscription will automatically renew after the promotion period ends; cancellation is possible before the end of your invoice date.

If an order has been placed according to the applicable terms and conditions:
When a user upgrades their subscription within a month of the start of the subscription, the discount for the new subscription will apply. The discount period starts from the initial order date and runs for the agreed duration.
When a user adds one or more additional users within a month after the start of the subscription, the discount will also apply to these users until the end of the initial discount period, which begins from the first order moment.
This means, for example:
A user orders an Essential subscription on April 24, 2024, including 1 user. Then this discount period runs until May 23, 2024. If the user adds 1 new user on May 1, 2024, this extra user will also fall under the 1-month discount promotion until May 23, 2024.
