Very happy with it.

When it works, it works perfectly. Sometimes I run into strange issues, like a customer who can’t hear me, a setting that doesn’t work as expected, or problems with WhatsApp. But the customer support is excellent and always helps to solve everything, and quickly too.

Rinkel helped me quickly and properly. My number of users was changed without me knowing, which meant I paid more. I reported this and received a reply the same morning. They fixed it straight away and the extra amount will be refunded. Nice service and clear communication.
