Easy to use, app could be a bit more extensive. I can't say much more about it because I haven't really used it yet. Customer service is very nice, they help you well and are thoughtful. Points of improvement: I find it very unfortunate that the opening hours are not included in a basic subscription or that you can compose your own subscription. Opening hours are almost the most important thing for a company, this is a big minus for me.

Rinkel Thank you for your review Pascale! We have noticed in the past that customers find it a "hassle" to put together a package themselves, where each feature costs (for example) 1 or 2 euros per month. Therefore we have chosen to simply offer a "Basic" package, which really focuses on the minimum necessary to be reachable on mobile with a fixed number. If you then want more advanced features and a real "telephone exchange" with smart functions, then you indeed need the complete package. The price difference is of course only 5 euros per month :-)

Rinkel.io works really well, we can now be reached every moment of the day the way we want. And that for low costs. Through the app, all call history can be found, which is very convenient. Points for improvement: For our company it would be handy to be able to switch more quickly between the numbers to be connected. But in any case it is possible to switch, so that is already very nice.
