We at animal ambulance service Dieren4U have been Rinkel customers from the very start. We've been using this fantastic system for a long time now, and it helps us transfer calls from our control room easily. To any number at all. That gives us a lot of calm and freedom. And it means we can focus more on the things that matter. Handy in an emergency too — calls can be listened back to and passed on to the police if needed. Or other organisations. We also use the calls for training purposes. If there's a problem, it's usually sorted within a few hours. And with really big problems, like not being able to call at all. They're available straight away. In short, we're extremely happy.
I've been a Rinkel customer for a few years now and use it as a professional way of forwarding calls to my business mobile. It works really well for me and it's reliable.
