Reliable phone service

I’ve been a Rinkel customer for several years. Both the web portal and the app work really well. New features are constantly being added, like exceptions to business hours. Very useful. I’ve used the voice-overs several times to have a welcome message recorded. In short, very happy with Rinkel’s service and offering!

I’m a new customer

I’m a new customer. They accidentally switched on AI Insights. When I pointed it out, I got credit notes within 15 minutes and it was all sorted. It’s not about mistakes happening but how quickly you fix them. Great experience.
