We have been happy customers for...

We have been happy customers for a few years already, but we split the account/phone numbers of the different companies into separate accounts. This way, everyone can manage their own account better. We asked Rinkel for help with transferring all the data and phone numbers. This was no problem (Shay). Rinkel took complete care of everything, and afterwards, we only had to check the settings. Thanks again.

Where do I even start?? For our company, we had to switch our landline from Ziggo to Rinkel. The whole switching process went really smoothly. A Rinkel employee guided us through it and within half an hour it was all sorted. That was the first great experience. The possibilities are truly endless and it’s super easy to use. We now also have a second 020 phone number, which we answer on our mobiles via the Rinkel app. You can easily expand to a full telephone system. What’s also really fantastic is the option to have a professional voicemail or on-hold message recorded. Support works perfectly through AI, and honestly, it’s the first one I’ve seen that actually functions well — and if it can’t solve it, you quickly get help from a real person! I had already shared my appreciation with them, and to top it all off, today a handwritten thank-you card arrived in the mail. That really left me no choice but to share my positive experience with the world. If you’re in doubt about going with Rinkel — STOP doubting because you won’t regret it. Rinkel, keep up the great work!!!! Rolf
