Where do I even start?? For our company, we had to switch our landline from Ziggo to Rinkel. The whole switching process went really smoothly. A Rinkel employee guided us through it and within half an hour it was all sorted. That was the first great experience. The possibilities are truly endless and it’s super easy to use. We now also have a second 020 phone number, which we answer on our mobiles via the Rinkel app. You can easily expand to a full telephone system. What’s also really fantastic is the option to have a professional voicemail or on-hold message recorded. Support works perfectly through AI, and honestly, it’s the first one I’ve seen that actually functions well — and if it can’t solve it, you quickly get help from a real person! I had already shared my appreciation with them, and to top it all off, today a handwritten thank-you card arrived in the mail. That really left me no choice but to share my positive experience with the world. If you’re in doubt about going with Rinkel — STOP doubting because you won’t regret it. Great customer service, and a fantastic platform for small and medium-sized businesses to stay easily reachable. For example, I’m often abroad for work (Hong Kong), and with a local SIM card, you can make and receive calls with your business number at no extra cost, with crystal clear quality — just one of the many solutions they offer. Extremely satisfied, truly recommended!

The transition (from Ziggo to Rinkel) works seamlessly and well. However, I need to get used to the fact that when I call someone, Rinkel first "calls me back," and I have to answer that call to start my own conversation. Additionally, I’m still unsure how to save contacts.
Martijn from Rinkel kept me well informed via email about the various steps that needed to be taken and the status of the phone line transfer. Every agreement was 100% fulfilled.
