It really ought to be fantastic. but because I've missed two calls from the police (for reasons that aren't clear) I'm not completely happy yet. I reported it to the helpdesk, but they couldn't work it out either. The odd thing is that another colleague at the police force was able to get through. So it's still a bit questionable at our end
Discovered them at the Webwinkel Vakdagen and was sold immediately. The solution!
Really happy with the service from Rinkel. I got personal, step-by-step help setting up my new business account. Martijn was patient, clear and incredibly friendly. Honestly, 10 out of 10 for customer service!
Great company, quick to act, friendly staff and above all a good phone connection, which sadly isn't the case with a lot of other VoIP providers!
Rinkel just works really well. We've got several iPhones in the shop and setting it up and managing it is just easy.
It works the way you'd expect, no faff, good customer service that responds quickly, and not a single problem in the past 2 years.
We are proud of our enterprising customers and their stories
thatโs why we have asked some of them to share theirs.
