I’m a new customer. They accidentally switched on AI Insights. When I pointed it out, I got credit notes within 15 minutes and it was all sorted. It’s not about mistakes happening but how quickly you fix them. Great experience.

It works perfectly to forward your landline number to a mobile number. You can also set business hours. I only use it to receive calls, which is the most important for me.
