There is a rate or limit for incoming calls. With Essential, you pay €0.06 per minute (rounded per second). With Expert and Professional, there are no extra costs, but incoming calls do count towards the fair use limit.

No. At Rinkel, you pay a fixed price per user per month. The price depends on the plan you choose, how many numbers you use and how many users you have. There are no installation fees or hidden terms.
