It's meant for freelancers and self-employed professionals who work solo and don't call much yet. With Free, starting entrepreneurs can make business calls without being tied to a plan straight away.
No, Free is only for new Rinkel users. If your KvK number or email address is already known to Rinkel, you're not eligible.
You have a maximum of 25 calls per month. Both incoming and outgoing calls count towards this. After your 25th call, you'll get a notification that your bundle is used up. Outgoing calls are then no longer possible straight away, and after that, incoming calls are blocked too. You can call again once a new month starts, or immediately after upgrading to a paid plan.
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. You do this in my.rinkel, via an upgrade button, a locked feature, a notification, or the plans page. You choose a plan yourself and complete your payment through Mollie. As soon as your payment goes through, your account is switched to the plan you chose. The Free limits then no longer apply. Which features you can use after that depends on the plan you choose.
