Want to use Rinkel with desk phones too? You can! After completing your order, you can indicate in the web portal that you want to use Rinkel with desk phones. You can:

How do I order a desk phone from Rinkel?

First, choose your landline number and plan. After completing your order, you’ll be sent to a short survey. In this, you can indicate which desk phone you want to order. You’ll receive an invoice, and once it’s paid, we’ll take care of the rest and make sure your phone is delivered and ready to use.

If you're using your landline number on your mobile, you’ll receive business calls on your mobile just like your personal ones. Perfect when you’re not at the office but still want to stay reachable. You easily switch between your mobile and desk phone in the mobile app or in the My Rinkel portal.

To clearly separate work and personal, Rinkel offers three smart caller ID options:

Show “Rinkel” when someone calls your business number
Show only the caller’s number
Show the number and play a short Rinkel message before the call

Can I also make calls from my computer?

Yes, you can! With the Rinkel Webphone, you can call straight from your laptop or desktop. Perfect when you’re working on admin or managing bookings. You use your landline number and don’t need to install anything: it all works from your browser.
