How do I set the right permissions for the Webphone?

Don't worry, it's very easy!

Set the correct permissions in Google Chrome

1. Sign into My Rinkel

2. In the far left of the search bar, click on the icon that's circled red in the image below.

3. Make sure the toggle is switched on for: Microphone, Notifications, and Sound.

4. Reload the page.

And you should be ready to Rinkel from your computer! ?
