Which subscription do I need to use the Rinkel Webphone?

The Webphone is only available for Rinkel Basic and Rinkel Complete customers with new subscriptions.

Which browser should I use to make calls on the Webphone?

To use the Rinkel Webphone you need Google Chrome on your laptop or computer.

Please note: It’s not possible to use the Webphone on a tablet or smartphone.

Where is the Webphone in My Rinkel?

When you log into the My Rinkel personal client space, you will find the "Webphone" button in the header.
