Do you want to set up a business voicemail with a key in your voice menu? Read how to connect to your voicemail from your voice menu.
In the My Rinkel app, go to "Settings" and then to "Forwarding".
Click on “No answer” and select "Send caller to voicemail".
Choose the recording you want to play before the caller is forwarded to voicemail.
Click on “Save”.
In the My Rinkel app, go to “Settings”
Select “Other settings” and click “Voicemail”
Tick (or untick) which notifications you want to receive when a new voicemail arrives
