How do I get started with the voice menu on iPhone?
Getting started with the voice menu in My Rinkel on iPhone.
Click on the selection menu under settings (bottom right)
Select: Instructions for the caller Before entering the voice menu, the caller will hear a sound clip (Welcome to Rinkel, dial 1 for support, dial 2 for account etc.). Under this heading, set the clip you want to play.
How often should the instruction be repeated? Set how many times you want to repeat the instruction in the voice menu before the call is disconnected or redirected to the default option.
Activate “Voice menu” Only once you have performed the above steps can the voice menu be activated. This prevents you from being unreachable and avoids possible confusion for your caller.
