Only you, as a Rinkel customer, and selected AI partners of Rinkel can have direct access to the data of conversations that have taken place at some point (often temporarily for obtaining insights and conducting analyses).

This means that data (such as phone conversations) is processed and, in some cases, stored by Rinkel or our AI partners, always with the main purpose of being able to provide our service to you.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with these partners, which clearly defines the purpose of the data and the manner in which it may be processed.

This is also stated in our Privacy Policy. You can find our Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page, under Terms and Conditions.

There is currently no use of human feedback. This means that people, like employees of Rinkel, do not review your conversations and summaries, sentiments or topics to evaluate whether they are of good quality.

If you believe that AI insights is not providing the correct output, for example because it misses important details of your conversations in the summaries or because it provides incorrect information, please let us know within your summary. You can, per summary, let us know what you think went wrong (or right!). Your feedback is crucial in improving our services.
