Diving into our own experiences and seeing how we can use our technology to help you run your business, we've developed Rinkel AI. Your own virtual assistant.

Assisting businesses along the way

Rinkel AI is built to assist entrepreneurs in every stage of their business. Giving you more creative freedom and time to do other things that bring in the money.

Rinkel AI will be updated continuously with additional features and expansions. For now, it primarily assists you in maintaining an overview of your business telephony:

  • Summaries: Always stay up to date with what has been discussed during your or your colleagues' conversations in a concise way.

  • Sentiment: Was the person on the other end satisfied, neutral, or really dissatisfied

  • Topics: We add the topics of the conversation to your conversation history so that you have direct insight into them alongside your summary!

In addition, you have your own dashboard within Rinkel AI. You can use it to see, for example, how your sentiment is doing over time (hopefully it only gets better with each call!) and which topics are being discussed the most during your phone calls. This way, you know that if, for example, a lot of calls are about payments, you need to be clearer about this on your website or in your emails.

Can I participate in the Rinkel AI BETA?

The Rinkel AI is currently being tested by users in a closed BETA. That means you can't just join. We're gradually allowing customers in under certain conditions. So if you want to participate in this BETA, you first need to become a customer. After that, you can let us know that you want to participate by sending a message to Team Support!
