In short, you have to be in the forwarding list to receive all notifications. If you aren´t, then you won't get any push notifications.
Let’s take an example: Company X receives a missed call outside business hours.
Colleague A is included in the call forwarding list and has push notifications on → Colleague A receives a push notification.
Colleague B is not included in the call forwarding list and has push notifications on → Colleague B does not receive a push notification.
Because colleague B is not on the call forwarding list, this colleague does not receive a notification.
