Is your number included in the call forwarding list? If not, then you won’t receive all the push notifications. Put yourself on the forwarding list if you want to receive notifications.
Keep track of your multiple business numbers and give them a recognisable name: such as Reception, Warehouse or your colleague's name.
You can easily block numbers in My Rinkel. So you won't be bothered by annoying callers any more.
