How do I make my first Rinkel Zap?

First of all, you have to create an account at Zapier. This can be a free, trial or paid subscription. Check out which subscription is right for you.

You can make your first Rinkel Zap in 7 easy steps! We’ll walk you through it!

1. Log on to My Rinkel, go to "Account" and then to "Integrations". Log in to Zapier as well.

2. Read the text carefully, confirm that you understand it and click on "Continue". Again, please read everything carefully on the next page.

3. Copy the API key at the bottom of the page and then click "Go to Zapier". Zapier will now open in a new tab. Please note: The Rinkel integration is only accessible via the link in this button.

4. On this page, click on "Accept Invite & Build a Zap". Then choose the Rinkel trigger you want: Incoming call, outgoing call, start call or end call.

5. Connect Zapier to Rinkel by filling in your API key. (Paste the unique code you have copied in My Rinkel).

6. Continue with the "Action" you want to set up. Here you choose what to do with the data of your incoming calls, for example. Should it be in Excel, a CRM or another system?

7. Satisfied? (You can do this simply by calling your Rinkel number from a separate telephone number and checking whether it also comes through in the system with which you have linked it (the "Action").
