How do I set up a custom greeting?

In this article, we’ll walk you through how to set up the greeting:

• Set up your greeting in My Rinkel (desktop)

Set up your greeting in My Rinkel (desktop)

1. Log in to My Rinkel and go to the “Numbers” page.

2. Select the number for which you want to set a greeting in the column on the left of your screen.

3. Click on "Change" under "Greeting".

4. Select the sound clip you want to use for your custom greeting.

5. Click on “Save” and at the bottom of the “Greeting” screen and click on the “on/off” button.

Set up your greeting in the My Rinkel app (iPhone)

1. Open the app.

2. In the menu, go to “Greeting”.

3. Under "Audio recording", select the sound clip that your caller will hear during opening hours.

4. Under “Activate greeting”, click on the toggle and the greeting is immediately activated.

1. Open the app.

2. In the menu, go to “greeting”.

3. Under "Audio recording", select the sound clip that your caller will hear during opening hours.

4. Under “Activate greeting message”, click on the toggle and the custom greeting is immediately activated.
