With the Rinkel answering service you transfer calls to our call centre. Our team will pick up the phone for you, introduce themselves as employees of your company and make a note of the call, which you will receive directly in your mailbox.
You will receive the name and telephone number of the caller, so that you can call them back at a convenient time. You pay € 2 for each call picked up by the answering service.
Please note that our staff are not able to answer substantive questions, they will always adhere to the following script:
"Good afternoon, this is Jasmine from Loodgietersbedrijf van der Lek. The number you are calling has not been answered and you have been forwarded. If I may take your name and phone number, my colleague will call you back as soon as possible."

Your changes are activated immediately. Even if you’re unavailable for half an hour! Set up via your iPhone, Android or the My Rinkel web portal.
Go to the Forwarding settings in My Rinkel, or the My Rinkel app and choose when you want to forward a call to the answering service:
Only when I'm unavailable
Enter your company name and click Save.
Open the My Rinkel app on your iPhone
Click on Settings on the bottom right then on Forwarding
Click on Answering service and select when and how you want the answering service to answer.
Open the My Rinkel app on your Android phone
Click on the three bars at the top left and then click on Forwarding
Click on Answering service in the menu and choose when and how you want the answering service to answer.
Then click on Save in the top right.

The only difference is that they will answer with your company name, of course.
