How do I cancel my subscription?

At Rinkel you are never tied to a long-term contract. Once we receive the cancellation, the service will automatically stop at the end of your monthly billing period.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel whenever you want in My Rinkel. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Rinkel.

  2. Click on “Account” on the top right.

  3. Then in the left-hand menu click on "Subscription".

  4. Next click on "Cancel" in the menu next to your current subscription and follow the instructions.

After your subscription ends, we will not reissue your phone number(s) for 60 days. This way you can easily reactivate your account within that time. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee that your number will still be available.


How do I suspend a number?

Do you want us to keep your phone number available for a longer period? Then choose the option "Suspend phone number". We will keep your phone number available for only €12 per year and you can reactivate it whenever you want.
