How do I call with my Rinkel number?

You make and receive calls using your business number. You decide where incoming calls arrive: on your mobile, webphone, desk phone, or all at once. This can be set in the mobile app or via your browser in your profile settings.

Calling out is easy via the mobile app, webphone, or your desk phone. In the app, the dial screen works almost the same as on your smartphone. As soon as you press call, you immediately get a call. Once you answer it, your outgoing call starts. If you want to call via My Rinkel in your browser, just open the webphone using the circle in the bottom right corner of your screen.
