New: Rinkel integrations! Link call data to your CRM

Starting the new year off right with a whole new feature right away: integrations! Link your Rinkel call data via Zapier to your CRM, Excel, Slack, Teams and Outlook. Or any of the more than 3,000 other available programmes!

Update 22 August 2023: Starting this week, the Rinkel Zapier integration has been replaced by our own webhooks! This gives you more control over your integrations, and avoids potential costs from Zapier. The set-up may will a bit different, but the functionality is the same. What are integrations and what can you do with them?

An integration (also called coupling or API) is a kind of middle man. Rinkel has now created a link with Zapier. This way, systems that cannot normally exchange information can still exchange information.

For example: Rinkel cannot exchange information directly with Salesforce or Excel, for example. Via the Zapier integration, however, this is possible.

We (Rinkel) send data to Zapier. Zapier then sends this to your chosen system. This can look like this: Rinkel call data → Zapier → Salesforce.

What can I link with?

Zapier links with more than 3,000 programmes. From Excel to Teams and from CRM to ERP. The possibilities are (almost) endless. 

The most common links for integrating Rinkel call data:

  • CRM: Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zendesk, SugarCRM, Hubspot;
  • Email: Gmail, Outlook;
  • Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Zoom;
  • Analytics: Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel;
  • Administration: Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Docs, OneDrive.

Who are integrations for?

Rinkel's Zapier integration is free for all customers: Trial, Basic and Complete. 

Integrations are interesting for anyone who: 

  • Want to have more time left for other things;
  • Want to have all data in one place;
  • Want to have more insight into available data;
  • Want to automate processes;
  • No longer want to perform the same tasks every day.

In other words, integrations are a good choice for everyone. Whether you are a taxi driver, or have a consulting firm.

Important note: Zapier is an external platform. Although integration from Rinkel is free, there may be charges from Zapier. This depends on your subscription and usage. Zapier also offers a free subscription.

How do I start linking my call data?

You can make your first connection in just 7 steps! Set aside about 45 minutes to create your first Zap.

That may sound long, but after setting it up once, it is solid as a rock. You won't need to look at it for months afterwards!

So: a lot of time saved in the long run!

Yes definitely! Although we have tested the integrations extensively and done our best to get all the bugs out, you might run into something.
