The following terms and conditions apply to the 1-month 50% discount promotion by Rinkel B.V. and form an integral part of every agreement between Rinkel B.V. and its participating customers.
Promotion: The discount entitles you to 1 month of 50% off on an Essential subscription regardless of the number of users (excluding call minutes), starting from the moment of purchase. This discount applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
The discount promotion is only valid on the Essential subscription, regardless of the number of users (excluding call minutes). One-time purchases like a voice-overs are not included in the discount promotion. The discount is not valid in international phone numbers.
Target group: The discount is only applicable to new users (from 6 may, 2024). Users who misuse the discount promotion can be disconnected at any time without notice and billed later. The discount promotion is exclusive of call minutes, price per minute €0.06 (calculated per second).
Duration: The duration of the discount promotion is 1 month from the order date and can be applied once to an order placed after May 6, 2024. The subscription will automatically renew monthly after the promotion period (1 month) ends; cancellation is possible before the end of your invoice date.
Promotion: The discount entitles you to 1 month 50% off on the Professional subscription, starting from the moment of purchase. Valid for all users in the subscription. This discount applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
The discount promotion is only valid on the Professional subscription. One-time purchases like the voice-overs are not included in the discount promotion. The discount is not valid in international phone numbers.

Duration: The duration of the discount promotion is 1 month from the order date and can be applied once to an order placed after May 6, 2024. The subscription will automatically renew monthly after the promotion period (1 month) ends; cancellation is possible before the end of your invoice date.
If an order has been placed according to the applicable terms and conditions:
When a user upgrades their subscription within a month of the start of the subscription, the discount for the new subscription will apply. The discount period runs from the first order moment, for a period of 1 month.
When a user adds one or more additional users within a month after the start of the subscription, the discount will also apply to these users until the end of the initial discount period, which begins from the first order moment.
This means, for example:
A user orders an Essential subscription on May 6, 2024, including 1 user. Then this discount period runs until June 5, 2024. If the user adds 1 new user on June 1, 2024, this extra user will also fall under the 1-month discount promotion until June 5, 2024.
