As a replacement for Skype, I was looking for a good solution to forward our fixed number (040-) to 1 or more mobile numbers. With Skype, this no longer functioned properly. I certainly found that replacement in Rinkel and more. The possibilities to create a menu , opening hours and queue with voice mail all surprised me positively. Calling out with the landline number is also definitely convenient from time to time. Call quality is also a lot better than Skype. The costs are not too bad, The website and also the APP are very clear and actually very simple. Points of improvement: Forwarding from the menu should have the same possibilities as normal forwarding.

The new way to make calls. For people and companies who want flexibility with reachability, call costs, international operations. Really good service. Also the online tool is top notch. Points of improvement: Set all defaults to 24 open. That way you can never make the mistake like I did that I had our office closed one day.

Within no time a number. Everything clear and super fast arranged. Points of improvement: Very high call to mobile charges. Too bad

Works simple and quickly arranged. Have only just become a customer but so far it works great! Points of improvement: As an option I would still like to see that outside working hours a choice menu can be enabled, but as discussed with the good helpdesk, the now simple system might become too complex for that.
