We have been using Rinkel.io for over 1.5 years now and nothing but praise. When transferring from Skype super helpful, questions always answered immediately. Good sound quality, which was different with Skype. Good app and webpage to set up the system. And not expensive at all for a landline number with so many facilities. We have a recording outside opening hours with the info when we are open and so on, during opening hours we choose which employee we want to forward the number to. You can also forward in sequence or at the same time to several employees so that you can always be reached as a company. Dialing out with the fixed number from your mobile is also possible, which also looks a lot more professional. In short, very suitable for being reachable on a fixed number.
My range offers many options that benefit us as a location independent team such as an answering machine, being able to indicate times when you can be reached and the ability to monitor incoming calls. The move of the number was much faster than expected.
placed order minute later I could be called free of charge and of course call out too, asked a few questions by email within 1 working day got a feedback, used the Voice over service it said I would receive the VoiceOver within 2 to 5 working days and within 1.5 days I received the VoiceOver.
